Delicious Ramen and Chashu. I'm hooked. FYI, the Spicy Ramen is REALLY SPICY, and this is coming from someone who can handle the heat. I need to keep it at a level one out of five! Best Ramen in SFV, imo.
One of my favorite ramen spots in the valley! It's a bit small inside but the service is great. They have a nice lunch combo with a ramen, small salad and a side of your choice.
Stopped by last week and ordered the new summer lunch special: Thai Iced Tea & Spicy Miso Ramen. Both were amazing! The Spicy Miso Ramen had depths of flavor. The pork was delicious & almost melted in your mouth. It was definitely spicy, especially towards the bottom - soo good! We started with the blue crab roll in soy paper & the spicy edamame. The crab was fresh and enhanced with a creamy sauce. The restaurant had just opened so there were plenty of tables available. Service was quick, and our server was kind and very prompt. I love that you can see the kitchen and the amazing cooks do their thing while you dine. Absolutely love this place& will keep coming back!!
Was craving ramen and have been wanting to try this place for a while! It's a super casual, laid back environment but with club beats blasting as you eat. Waitress was so kind and good came out fast. I got the classic tonkotsu, my husband got the spicy tonkotsu and we shared some pork gyoza. LOVED my tonkotsu ramen. The flavor of the broth was on point, with robust pork flavor. The black garlic took it up to another level. Noodles were good, but the pork was really cold when I got my food which was a little bit of a bummer. Even after I dunked it in the soup it was cold, so it had to sit in the broth for a minute. The meat itself was tender and not super fatty which I liked. The spicy tonkotsu was SERIOUS. My husband got a level 3 out of 5 and honestly I don't know how he ate it. I like spicy food but holy cow! It was super hot. They have a guide on their menu when it comes to spicy level so be sure to look at it before ordering. The gyoza was good, but I found their spicy sauce to not be that spicy. Wasn't my favorite sauce flavor wise. I would definitely come back for more ramen! This place would be great for takeout or a casual date night too. They also had a vegan ramen option for those veg peeps out there!

Good taste. Flexible with substitutes. Only complaint is the 4% credit card charge. That's just part of doing business in these days. You really expect people still to carry cash around?
This ramen was SO good!!! It was a great spot for a casual meal with a friend :) It's a very chill place and had a good time.
